very soon Parliament will decide on new rules that undermine the independence journalism on television and undermine the freedom of information in Italy.
The measures proposed by Berlusconi's parliamentary journalists would leave without any legal protection, thus deterring them from carrying out their investigative work, and politicians to impose a two-wire transmission every other week, a counter- satire and guests from all political parties. The television news would become the megaphone of the parties' electoral messages.
Only a cry will stop this colossal public new attack on the media.
